Questions

How does the free trial work?

Every subscription starts with an 8-day free trial with full access. A payment card is required to start. If you do nothing, your card is charged automatically when the trial ends on day 8. Cancel any time during the trial from your account page and you will not be charged at all.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, any time, in one click, from your account page — no email, no phone call, no retention flow. Your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.

Do you provide VAT invoices for business purchases?

Yes. Payments are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. Enter your VAT/tax ID at checkout and Paddle issues a compliant invoice and applies reverse-charge VAT where eligible (EU and UK cross-border B2B).

What payment methods are accepted?

Major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, processed securely by Paddle. xin.bz never sees or stores your card details.

What data does xin.bz monitor?

Official public sources: FAA airspace status and flight restrictions, NOAA tropical cyclone tracking, USGS earthquakes, GDACS global disaster alerts, ECB exchange rates, and the status feeds of AWS, Google Cloud, Cloudflare, GitHub, and Twilio. Feeds are polled every five minutes.
